Beds In A Bag Make You An Instant Designing Pro!

If you feel bedroom-designing challenged like I am, then bed in a bag sets may just be perfect for you! Everything you need comes in one complete set, and is designed to match or coordinate perfectly.

With no guess work, your bedroom will come out looking just like those in the finest home design magazines and at a price you can afford.

If you stick with the better designer brands names like Lawrence, Burlington House, Dan River, and Croscill you’ll find the attention to detail, fabrics and quality to be superior.

They’ll typically feature higher thread counts of 200 or more, which will provide the best combination of luxury and durability.

Another example would be a simple matter of the elastic that comes on fitted sheets. The better ones will have elastic all the way around the edges, not just on two sides. This insures that your sheet won’t pop off the corner of the bed while you’re sleeping. I personally hate waking up tangled-up like that! lol

To be sure what’s included in your bed bag, check your descriptive list carefully.
Most of the basics in bed bag sets will include:
comforter, flat and fitted sheets, bed skirt, pillowcase (s)

Many of the better sets will also offer optional matching drapes, area rugs, accent tables, lamps and other important accessories like accent pillows. You’ll be amazed at how much detail and flair a few of these lush little decorative pillows can add to your bedroom!

You’ll be able to select a complete ensemble that will deck out your entire bedroom from floor to ceiling with matching accessories.

You’ll know these sets will match your taste to a Capital-”T”, whether that means Traditional, Tasteful or Trendy!

Bedding in a bag sets are affordable and often cost much less than purchasing the items ala carte. The best part is you know that even the wildest, boldest colors, prints, patterns and fabrics for your bedding and accessories, will be designed to match and coordinate just perfectly. Get that home design magazine look the easy way!

If you’re like many and simply insist on 5 or 6 pillow cases, you won’t find that many in most bed bags. Don’t worry. You can add coordinating solid pillow cases easily enough. Maybe with piping and extra detailing that matches the overall color scheme. Some of the best bed bag sets will actually have optional matching pillow cases available.

Let’s look at just two popular, quality bedding sets. There are hundreds of bed bag sets to select from, so let your creative juices flow!

Dan River always designs quality bedding whether you choose separate items or bed in a bags. The Monument Springs set is one example. Using earth tones to create a natural look, this set features a faux suede comforter in tan, brown, beige and chocolate with a large patchwork look.

Nothing’s quilt-like about these large patches of near-suede material, they look and feel like the real thing…but without the problems of cowhide which feels so heavy and will become shiny with use. This suede-like fabric will last for years and has a light-weight feel and soft, cuddly texture.

Solid light neutral tone sheets and pillow shams in 210 thread count provide lasting night time comfort. A 100% polyester bed skirt in a solid brown earth tone completes this set to perfection. Of course, you’ll want to dry clean the comforter and bed skirt.

The sheets and pillow shams are machine washable. Beautiful enough for the most elegant bedroom, this easy to love bag bed set is just unique and easy to live in.

Burlington House Luxury Bed in a Bag Set in their Tuscany design is a fabulous set in shades of greens and ivory. The set includes 220 thread count cotton sheets and pillowcases.

The top sheet is edged in a beautiful, small floral pattern which creates the perfect accent. It’s got a center of ivory highlighted with the small floral pattern around the edges which matches the flat sheet perfectly.
The drop section of the comforter is olive green and the color scheme is perfect for blending into a room featuring natural, earth colors. The comforter needs to be dry cleaned along with the bed skirt. The sheets and pillow cases are machine washable.

Complete your look with the matching drapes, area rugs, tables, lamps and various shaped decorative accent pillows, and you’ll be proud and amazed at how easy it was to pull your bedroom decor together!

You’ll love having fun selecting the different bedroom looks you can create from bedding in a bag sets like this. You could even switch themes from bright, cheery florals for spring and summer, to more traditional tones for fall and winter- why keep the same look all year round..?

No one but you will know that you didn’t call in a professional home designer to help you decorate the perfect bedroom. You’ll love the selection of fabrics, the textures, colors and patterns- and the coordinated look you’ll get when you choose top quality bedding that comes in sets like this. Mend Your Broken Heart For Valentines’s Day. Three Great Healthy Heart Exercises You Can Do In San F

February is the perfect month to consider mending your broken
heart and San Francisco is the just the right city to do it. No,
I am not talking about your love life. I am talking about
strengthening the most important muscle in your body; your heart.

Valentine’s month is a period in between the holidays and
summer. There are not as many distractions which make it a great
month to begin an exercise program. The San Francisco setting
for this is ideal with the cool clear days February provides and
no fog!

More importantly there is no better city to train than San
Francisco because of our unique topography. Where most cities
have to rely solely on long, boring and flat cardio workouts we
have a ton of options for quick, high intensity cardio workouts.

Three great options for fast cardio training that The City
offers are: beach sprints, hill sprints and stair climbing.

1. Beach Sprints: Sprinting at the beach is great for developing
strength in your legs as well as your heart. It takes more
effort than sprinting on a solid surface and you can’t beat the
scenery (unless all you can see is fog but that’s pretty cool
too.) A great cardio workout at the beach would be to sprint for
twenty seconds then walk for ten and repeat eight times for a
total of four minutes. This is the Fartlek method of training
and has been proven to be just as effective as running at a
steady state for longer periods.

2. Hill Sprints: When I was young and had to walk everywhere I
would curse the hills of San Francisco. Driving my old cars with
stick shifts was never much fun either. Now it’s all about
automatics and using the hills to exercise. Much like beach
sprints; hill sprints are great for strengthening the legs and
glutes, as well as your heart. The best thing about hill sprints
is most likely you have a hill right outside your door (if you
don’t you probably live close to the beach.) Try the “around the
block run.” Jog easy downhill and around the turns and sprint
uphill. Depending on the length and slope of the hill start out
doing this once or twice and try to build up to five or six
times or more.

3. Stair Climbing: One of the aspects of San Francisco I have
always loved, even as a kid, is the amount of stairs we have.
Long staircases slice through neighborhoods providing easy
routes to our favorite coffee shops and create the feeling, for
me, of being in an old world time and place. What I really love
about them is the leg, glute and cardio workout they can
provide. Try running up a long staircase, walking up two stairs
at a time or carrying a pair of dumbbells on your climb. If you
want to climb it more than once be careful coming back down as
you will be tired.

Try these once or twice a week along with a longer, steady run.
Of course do a proper warm up before exercising and always
consult a physician before starting a new exercise program.
Happy Valentines Day!

Winclear :Remove Dogpile Search History

Some forms of spyware immobilize antivirus and firewall software, thereby reducing the user’s security setting, leading to further infections by several viruses. Many spyware are ads and often they seem as pop ups, when an individual opens a new window, while others show ads at other specific websites. Spyware operators offer programs to advertisers, who may buy ads in the pop up and display them, while a user visits to that website. This is how spyware gathers details on a user’s behavior. Pop up ads are the obvious forms of spyware. Whenever you’re online antispyware is on alert ready to fight the spying tools.

Advanced Spy will help you to monitor and record all activities on your computer. Selected as the Editors’ Choice by the experts at most downloads archives, Advanced Spy record all e-mail’s sent and received, all AOL, ICQ, Yahoo and MSN chat conversations, all web sites visited, every application executed, all text and images sent to the clipboard, every keystroke pressed, every password typed, and more! It’s can can run in Total Stealth mode and send activity logs to your email and/or upload to ftp server. Data loggers, key loggers are just a few programs which harvest info from your computer. Winclear is the only program created specially to auto remove such spywares. Spector is able to record information such as passwords credit cards social security numbers and other sensitive information. That is why every computer owner needs winclear.

Protect With Winclear :Erase Internet History
I could not get many of the items off the computer. I decided to reformat. So, I backed up my data and reformatted the entire hard drive with a new version of windows completely updated. I have Mcafee on the front door and Netdetector for spyware. Within minutes of browsing with Internet Explorer, Netdetector found a rootkit and and a hard to remove trojans. Still, I lost so much valuable data from the malware, I was looking for something better. Keylogger companies actually guarantee that nobody can detect their software so I knew I must do better than a couple software packages. Winclear is the only software which is capable of removing keylogger programs. This no. Winclear has been the industry leader in fighting keyloggers for the last 8 years.

Winclear:
There were several backdoors trojans and even a keylogger. That is the reason why you need Winclear installed onto your computer. These children are more often targeted by internet predators. Protect your computer security by using Winclear! More about Winclear here: Winclear Review.

Lipovarin Review: How Well Does It Work?

Lipovarin Review

Since the ban on ephedra based products in April 2003 many ephedra free fat burners have hit the weight loss market with mixed success. A few of these new “ephedra alternative” weight loss products have performed a pretty decent job of burning fat and supplying a boost of energy while others have not been nearly as effective.

Lipovarin is one of the more popular over-the-counter ephedra free weight loss supplements on the market today. The product claims to be a powerful thermogenic weight loss compound that is also capable of suppressing one’s appetite. Accompanying those effects is the claim that it can boost energy and elevate one’s emotional mood.

As I have said in the past in reviewing nutritional products, for a product to have any real potential it MUST contain efficacious ingredients and they must be included in a high enough amount to prove potentially worthwhile. More importantly, product claims should always be supported by the inclusion of ingredients that have clinical research behind them. Too often products contain a concoction of ingredients that have no clinical proof as to their actual efficacy in responding to a physical condition. I will tell you that Lipovarin probably contains the highest grade quality of ingredients that I have ever analyzed in a weight loss product.

Let’s take a close look at the Lipovarin formula. I will try and analyze each ingredient and see how important it is in delivering safe and effective weight loss:

1) Advantra Z (385mg) is a patent pending brand of citrus aurantium used in the clinical research studies that have demonstrated its safe and effective calorie burning properties. Unlike ephedrine or ma huang based products, Advantra Z stimulates only the metabolism boosting Beta 3 receptors, so there are no undesirable effects on your nervous system, heart rate or blood pressure levels. In fact, clinical results indicate Advantra Z is more thermogenic than ephedrine, without any of the associated side effects. I am extremely impressed by the inclusion of this ingredient in the Lipovarin product.

To read more on the structure/function claims on Advantra Z follow this link: http://www.winltdusa.com/about/infocenter/healthnews/articles/advantrafunction.htm

2) 7-Keto is a naturally occurring breakdown product of DHEA that has DHEA activity, but cannot be converted to testosterone or estrogen in the body. Research suggests that 7-Keto DHEA may increase fat-burning enzyme activity and support healthy thyroid function. 7-Keto may increase the levels of a thyroid hormone called triiodothyronine (T3) levels in the body, which are linked to resting metabolism. Increases in fat-burning enzyme activity may increase body metabolic rate and promote weight loss without stimulating the nervous system or changing caloric intake.

To read more on the clinical results of 7-Keto follow this link: http://www.humaneticscorp.com/ittrium/servlet/visit?path=A24×0x1y1xb9×1x72y1xbex1×65

3) Green Tea extract (150mg) is an ingredient that has so much positive clinical support backing it as a weight loss compound. I am a big fan of green tea because it reaches beyond weight loss and into other health defense areas. As it relates to weight loss, it has been shown effectively increase one’s metabolism by as much as 4-6% This “speeding up” of one’s metabolism can easily lead to the reduction in overall body mass, i.e., weight loss.

4) Serotain (295 mg) is a proprietary blend of Griffonia simplicifolia extract and other natural ingredients that contain 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), which enhances endogenous serotonin levels. The most widely studied effects of serotonin, a neurotransmitter, have been on the central nervous system. According to Richard Borne, Ph.D., faculty at the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy, the functions of serotonin are numerous and appear to involve control of appetite, sleep, memory, temperature regulation, mood and behavior. What I really like about the inclusion of this ingredient in this ingredient is that dieting is hard enough without being a nervous wreck. Serotain supports your weight-loss program by enhancing your mood in a natural way.

5) Metabromine (350mg) is a derivative of the cacao tree, (cacao tree produces the seeds used in making cocoa, chocolate, and cocoa butter), and provides the appetite suppression and energy boost without the jitters some consumers used to get when they took ephedra-based products. It’s a rather unique appetite ingredient that performs in similar fashion as Hoodia Gordonii. It definitely has some very real potential.

5) Caffeine (200mg), which speeds metabolism, is the most-active ingredient in many “diet pills.” Caffeine breaks down fat, freeing fatty acids which are immediately burned. Conversion of fat to energy is about 30 percent more efficient when caffeine is consumed prior to exercise.

6) Glucuronolactone (300 mg) detoxifies the body by speeding up the elimination of harmful substances, both endogenic (toxins within or made by the body) and exogenic (external toxins such as radiation, or pollution that penetrate the body from the outside). Supplementing with glucuronolactone, aids the transportation of amino acids during amino acid metabolism.

7) Taurine (200 mg) helps to emulsify dietary lipids in the intestine, promoting digestion. Taurine also regulates heartbeat and maintains cell membrane stability. Taurine has protective effects upon the human brain and is often used to boost brain function and cognitive abilities.

8) L-Carnitine (15mg) is a water-soluble, B-vitamin-like nutrient that the body uses to turn fat into energy. With carnitine’s help, fat levels decrease in the blood and weight loss is easier. New research continues to pour in to support the idea that l-carnitine should be an every day, health supporting nutrient that we all take as regularly as vitamin C.

Here is the bottom-line on Lipovarin–it is as complete a weight loss product as you will find on the market today. I am extremely impressed by both the weight loss components and the powerful energy boosting components of the product. In the future I would like to see a little bit more clinical data on the efficacy of the Metabromine ingredient (appetite suppressant) contained in the formula. Overall, I highly recommend Lipovarin as a weight loss product!

How Can Retailers Get Customer Loyalty?

Customer loyalty. Say these words and retailers’ eyes light up. Every retailer wants customer loyalty and wants to keep it. Some retailers would do almost anything to get customer loyalty, and I understand that. I’m a grandmother and, thanks to birthdays, an experienced shopper, and I think customer loyalty is waning. The question is, why?

Misreading the customer is one reason. A few months ago I went to a furniture store to look around. No other customers were in the store and when the sales associate saw me he started following me. Judging by his body language and the questions he asked, he thought I was confused. If I took a step, he took a step. When I walked to the opposite side of the store he shadowed me.

Talk about annoying. Finally, in exasperation I turned around and said, “I know where I am. I know what I want. What I don’t want is to be followed.” The man was so shocked he retreated to his office. Unfortunately, I’ve had this experience in many stores. Do sales associates think all gray haired grandmothers are demented?

The people in charge of employee training should rethink their training, it seems to me. For every time I walk into a store somebody asks, “Do you have any questions?” This is also annoying. Because I’m the age I am I know how to stand up for myself. Believe me, if I had any questions I would ask them.

Can’t a person window shop any more? I know sales associates are trained to approach me in case I’m a shop-lifter. Some grandmothers may be shop-lifters, but I’m not one of them. Because I care about my community and want local businesses to succeed, I have some suggestions for retailers.

* TELL ME ABOUT YOUR NEW MERCHANDISE. I would love to hear about the new stretch jeans, colorful t-shirts, and blouses that double as jackets. Hearing about new merchandise gets my attention and may lead to a sale. Even if I don’t buy anyting I’lltell my friends about your fabulous merchandise.

* BE ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS. These days, many sales associates don’t know squat about what they’re selling. When you ask them a question they look befuddled. Some act like they don’t even care. If you don’t care about your merchandise, why should I?

* DRESS FOR THE JOB. Yeah, yeah, I know low-rise jeans are the fad, but it’s not a fad I embrace. I’ve seen too much flesh - overhanging tummies, partial buns, and bare buns. Dealing with a half-dressed sales associate makes me want to walk out the door. I didn’t come in the door half naked, so why did you?

* IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A SALE BE COURTEOUS. Lack of courtesy is an instant turn-off. I’m only asking for common courtesy, not false emotion, a flowery speech, or endless sales pitch. Thank me if I bought something and thank me if I didn’t. Courtesy also includes a no-hassle return policy.

* RESPECT MY TIME. If you’re busy with a customer, say so. Tell me how long it will be before you get around to me. Suggest something I could do in the meantime, such as looking at your catalog or the sale merchandise at the back of the store.

Though customer loyalty is worth its weight in gold, you can’t put a price on it. Television and newspaper ads talk about senior citizens’ spendable income. I may not have much spendable income, but I’m only shopping at stores that treat me right. If retailers want my loyalty they’ll have to earn it.

Preparing For Your Career

One of the best ways to find a career after college is to make use of a school’s internship and job placement program. A business open to taking on new graduates for entry level positions will often post jobs on a school’s website or placement office. Students can then find suitable employment nearby. There are also websites that cater to helping those new to the workforce find employment with just the right company. One can search by city and state or job type and industry. These websites offer opportunities with companies looking for individuals to work abroad as well.

Before graduating, students can also take a course on preparing for the job hunt. It will teach not only how to create a striking resume, it will also teach students what to say on a job interview and how to dress for success. Graduates can learn how to properly evaluate a job offer and its benefits in addition to creating a plan for the future with short term and long term goals. Having these types of skills will make it much easier for a graduate to find employment right out of the starting gate. When using a combination of job placement programs and similar services, an individual can create an array of opportunities for themselves.

A Tickler File For Sales And Networking

If you are involved in sales, fundraising or just an active networker, you have probably tried a variety of tools to manage your contact list and remind yourself to stay in touch with all of the prospects and people you meet. This tickler file is designed to be an inexpensive, effective, tool that can be used by salespeople in a variety of different types of organizations.

This tickler file uses inexpensive index cards and a simple file box. You will need the following items to create your own index card sales tool. I found everything I needed at my local office supply store. The total cost was around $25.00.

- A box to store the index cards
- Monthly 3″ by 5″ index tabs
- Daily (1-31) 3″ by 5″ index tabs
- Alphabetical 3″ by 5″ index tabs
- A ton of white ruled 3″ by 5″ index cards (you don’t need a photo, right?)
- A bunch of colored 3″ by 5″ index cards (pick your favorite color)
- A small case to carry your in your pocket

Once you have purchased the required supplies, you can organize your 3X5. For the sake of simplicity, let’s assume that you are assembling your 3X5 on January 1st. If this is the case you would first organize your tabs in the order below (front to back):

- January tab
- Daily tabs 1-31
- February - December monthly tabs
- A-Z alphabetical tabs
- Blank index cards - white and your favorite color

All of your cards should now be in the file box and the first thing you should see is the January tab.

Next, you should start creating cards for your leads. In the beginning, this is going to take some time (assuming you have a lot of leads). You might choose to use one color card for prospects, one color for customers, another for personal contacts, etc. If you are not going to organize your contacts by color, you will only need white cards. Nonetheless, you can either copy your contacts information onto the cards or simply staple their business card to one of the index cards.

The system works like this.

Let’s imagine it is January 1st. and you attend a networking event where you meet a potential client. You get this lead’s business card at the event and you want to contact him/her on the 2nd., so when you get to your office, you staple the leads business card to a white index card and drop it behind the “2″ tab and then go home for the day. After all, it is new years day and you have been working hard to create your new sales system and you attended a networking event.

So, you arrive at work on January 2nd. and open up your tickler file. The first thing you should do is move the “1″ tab back behind the February tab. You will always be rolling the system forward like this, so that the first tab you see in the box represents the most current month, then the most current day.
Now, you go to the tab for today (Jan 2nd.) and find the card for the lead that you met at the networking event yesterday. You call the lead and learn that he/she is out of town until January 6th. so you make a note which says, “1/2/05 - Mr. Lead is on vacation till 1/6″. Now you drop the card behind the “6″ tab for the month of January.

You will continue to roll this lead forward in the system, making notes at each step, until the lead either turns into a customer or asks you to leave them alone.

When the lead turns into a customer, I staple their business card to a colored card and place it behind the appropriate alphabetical tab. If their is another opportunity with this client, I move the colored card back to the dated section and move them through the process again.

Of course, as you add more people to your pipeline, you might not get to contact everyone on the day you have them slotted for. Just move them to the next day’s slot at the end of the current day so you contact them tomorrow.

You will not want to carry around a huge metal box full of index cards, which is why you want to have a small index card wallet or box, so if you are going to be on the road or out of the office, you can simply grab your cards for the day and go.
Not just for salespeople.

While the system is great for salespeople, it also is a great tool for those of us who are focusing on networking. I actually use three different colored cards and use white for leads, blue for clients and red for my networking contacts (patriotic, I know). On the red cards, I write either 7, 14, 30, 45, 60, etc in the upper right hand corner of the index card to remind myself how frequently I want to contact the person, so I simply move the card forward based on the number on the card. If I want to contact someone every seven days, I move the card ahead a week after I make contact.

I hope this system works well for you. If you have any suggestions, please don’t hesitate to send them to me through my website (http://www.stephenlabuda.com).

The Whiplash Injury As Of Early 2005

In late 2004 it was discovered that the delay in the onset of WHIPLASH-TYPE injuries was discovered to be the “Normal” rather than the “Exception” .

It was found that 10% of the victims of “Whiplash” became totally disabled so it simply followed that the “Pain and Suffering” they endured could become monumental.

It also learned that several million Americans suffered a “Whiplash-Type” of injury because of a motor vehicle accident in that year.

CAN A SOFT TISSUE INJURY LIKE WHIPLASH HEAL ITSELF? The answer to that one is not a simple “Yes” or “No” because, while it can heal itself, it can do so imperfectly !

In one study, it was determined that patients who had suffered a “Whiplash-Type” of injury that over 50% of them developed Osteoarithritis in the ensuing years. In another study patients were interviewed more than two years following the settlement of their cases and, without proper care, almost 50% of them continued to complain of ongoing pain (in the area of their neck and/or shoulders) which were determined to be directly related to their accident.

“SO - - WHAT TO DO”? The answer to that is very simple, “You must complain and complain to whomever is treating you”.

Don’t allow yourself to be conned with something like, “Yeah, I’m sorry, I know it hurts but just wait awhile. It’ll go away”. That’s a hogwash of an answer !

A “Whiplash” hurls our head violently backward and forward, injuring your neck. Whiplash can cause injury to intervertebral joints, discs, and ligaments, cervical muscles and nerves. It is usually encountered with concussions and more serious injury. The effects of whiplash can be short term or life long, and it can leave your neck forever vulnerable to injury.

TIME NEEDED TO RECOVER: 45% of the victims remained symptomatic for 3 months and 25% remained in that same state for 6 months! The most minor cases needed a minimum of 8 weeks to recover. Some took as long as 17 weeks.

AND SO, THE OFTEN DECLARED NOTION, BY INSURANCE ADJUSTERS, THAT “WHIPLASH INJURIES HEAL IN 6 TO 8 WEEKS”, is absolutely not true !

AS OF LATE 2004 THE FOLLOWING ARE THREE SOLID AND PROVE ABLE “CRASH FACTS”: #1. Many injuries occur at speeds below 12 MPH. #2. Rear end impacts of 6 MPH to 10 MPH can positively cause a “Whiplash-Type” injury. #3. Post Injury crash facts have proved that, between 1 and 2 years after impact, 22% of many patients have not returned back to “Normal” - - plus their “Pain & Suffering” continued on and on!

5 OF THE MOST COMMON UNTRUTHS (ESPECIALLY AS APPLIED TO “WHIPLASH”) ARE AS FOLLOWS:

#1. Low speed impact crashes don’t cause injuries. #2. Injuries generally heal in 6 to 12 weeks. #3. A patients pre-injury psychological makeup affects recovery. #4. The greater the vehicle damage the greater the occupant injury. #5. An “Accident Re-Constructionist” can predict injury potential.

All five of the above “Conclusions” have been proven to be totally incorrect !

Tips On Choosing And Buying The Right Inkjet Cartridges

With the advent of information technology, more and more people are buying and using computers. This is because computers facilitate and accelerate all of the activities and transactions of most businesses.

Along with the computers, the printers are also one of the busiest tools that are being utilized by the people. Hence, with constant use, inks may start to decline. When this happens, the outcome of the printed materials will be poor. It may appear discolored and dull.

That is why most experts contend that it is extremely important for most computer owners to use the right inkjet cartridges. Using the proper materials for your printer will promote better and quality prints.

However, choosing the right inkjet cartridges for your printer can be a daunting task. Hence, it is important that you know some guides when buying inkjet cartridges to ensure the quality of print output that you want to achieve.

Here is a list that you can use in buying inkjet cartridges:

1. Do not buy standard inkjet cartridges

Inkjet cartridges of this kind will only damage the “nozzles” of your printers. This is because standard inkjet cartridges may not fit the nozzles of your printer.

Generally, inkjet cartridges have their own sizes that are specifically made to fit a particular printer. Hence, using the wrong size will definitely ruin your printer’s nozzles.

2. Be wary on the warranty

Most of the printers come with a warranty. However, there are some cases that might void this warranty like using inkjet cartridges that are manufactured by a different producer.
